Conference Introduction
2025 International Conference on Digital Media, Communication and Information Systems (DMCIS 2025) will be held in Nanjing, China from June 20th to 22nd, 2025. The purpose of this conference is to provide an excellent academic exchange platform for researchers, scholars, and industry experts in the fields of digital media, communication, and information systems, promoting ideological collision and collaborative innovation.
We sincerely invite scholars and researchers from all sides to actively submit papers, adding wisdom and perspectives to our conference. In addition, multiple keynote speeches and oral presentations will be held at this conference to promote in-depth communication among participants and share scientific research achievements and industry experience.

 | Aslina Baharum, IEEE Senior MemberSunway University, Malaysia BIO: Ts. Dr Aslina Baharum is an Associate Professor and UX Researcher at the School of Engineering and Technology, Sunway University. Previously, she was a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She also has industry experiences where she worked as an IT Officer for the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM). She had experienced more than 20 years in the IT field. She received a PhD in Visual Informatics (UKM), a Master Science degree in IT (UiTM) and graduated Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in E-Commerce from UMS. She is a member of the Young Scientists Network - Academy of Science Malaysia, Senior Member IEEE, and certified Professional Technologist from MBOT, and served as MBOT/MQA auditor. Yi Lou, Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai), China Bio: Main research areas: full-duplex underwater acoustic communication and underwater small target detection. Published two English monographs (first author, Springer) and one Chinese monograph. Served as a reviewer for journals such as IEEE JSAC and the IEEE Trans. series. As the first author or corresponding author, published over 20 SCI papers in international academic journals, including one hot paper and one highly cited paper. Received the WUWNet'21 Best Poster Award and served as the chair of the DMCIS 2025 conference. Acted as an editorial board member for journals such as "Digital Ocean and Underwater Offense and Defense," and led more than 10 research projects, including one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and 13 provincial and ministerial level projects.  | Weichao Yang, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China Bio: Graduated with a Ph.D. in Signal and Information Processing from Harbin Engineering University in July 2012. In August of the same year, he joined the Xi’an Branch of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. As a core technical expert, he participated in the demonstration and development of electronic reconnaissance payloads for multiple satellites and developed several communication reconnaissance systems for a series of satellites. He has presided over seven national defense projects at the provincial or ministerial level and participated in three others. He has published more than twenty academic papers, with 16 indexed by SCI/EI, and applied for or been granted seven patents. Publication Information
After rigorous review by 2-3 organizing committee experts, papers submitted to DMCIS 2025 will be published by IEEE Press and included in the IEEE Xplore database. Once published, the journal will submit them to EI Compendix and Scopus for search.
matters needing attention:
1. The paper must be formatted according to the conference paper template and submitted on a minimum of 4 pages.
2. The meeting only accepts English manuscripts. If you need translation/typesetting services, please contact Mr. He, the person in charge of the conference:+ 86-16782275466.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The author can check for plagiarism at their own expense through iThenticate or other query systems, otherwise the rejection caused by the article's similarity rate will be the responsibility of the author. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.

(1) Oral presentation: 10-15 minute English PPT presentation
*Open to all contributing authors and self funded attendees; A 10-15 minute English presentation on the paper or research presented in the paper requires the preparation of a PPT and no template requirements. Prior to the meeting, please submit according to the conference email notification. For further details, please contact the conference secretary.
(2) Poster display: self-made electronic version poster, conference arrangement display
*Open to all contributing authors and self funded attendees; Format: Full English - A1 size - vertical version, self-made required; Submit poster images to the conference email after production ic_dmcis@163.com The format for naming the theme and poster is: In person/Online Attendee - Name - Paper Order Number.
